About me: After completing my Ph.D. I have have 29 years of professional experience. That includes many years within the pharmaceutical & medical industry and some years in the food/beverage area. I have worked as a researcher, developer, project manager, production engineer and as a line manager. As a line manager I have experience in various positions including research, scale-up, development and marketing/customer relations as well as in the areas of quality control and quality assurance. I have experience working in local and global leadership teams. My passion is to make the business work efficiently and make people develop themselves and work effectively together. I also like to get things done - no matter what it is - a problem is a possibility to find new ways and exploring how we can solve almost everything.
